  The service and atmosphere of this location has decreased to a point that I'll no longer be a patron.
  -Ordered a non-fat mocha, got home to find my drink was just hot milk and sugar. Went back to have it fixed and came home a second time with just hot chocolate, no coffee. At least that's more palatable/salvageable.
  -Yelling back and forth in front of customers to place the blame on someone for the initial mess up is not a professional handling of the situation.
  -Increasingly long wait times in the morning (originally 10-15 minutes, now averaging at least 20 when going at the same time each morning) have hindered this location from being a viable pre-work coffee stop.

  Delicious drinks, great selection of foods & sweets to go with your fave beverage. Fast paced drive thru. Not a super convenient spot, traffic can get a little crazy, but to get my frozen cup of heaven, I'll deal with it. Nice outside sitting area, as well as plenty of comfy spots inside.
